Who we are
Healthzora ("we", "us") is a private, independent referral service operated by Healthzora LLC. We are not a Medicare plan, not a licensed insurance agency, and not affiliated with or endorsed by Medicare, CMS, the Social Security Administration, or any government agency.
What we do
We collect basic qualification details (ZIP, age bracket, monthly Medicare spending bucket, name, email, phone) and connect you with one or more licensed insurance agents in our partner network. The actual savings calculation, plan comparison, enrollment, and any contractual relationship are between you and those licensed agents and their carriers. Healthzora is not a party to any insurance contract.
Savings estimates are illustrative
The "estimated annual savings" numbers shown on Healthzora are illustrative averages based on publicly reported industry data. They are not a quote, not a guarantee, and not specific to your medical history, your current plan, or any particular carrier's offering. Actual savings (if any) will depend on the plans you compare, your eligibility, and the medications and providers you use.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and a US resident to submit the form. You should be Medicare-eligible (typically age 64+ or qualifying for disability) or shopping on behalf of someone who is.
Your representations
By submitting the form you confirm that: the information you provided is accurate; the phone number and email belong to you (or you have permission to use them); and you consent to be contacted by Healthzora and our partner agents as described in our Privacy Policy.
No medical or financial advice
Nothing on Healthzora is medical advice, legal advice, tax advice, or personalized financial advice. Medicare elections can have long-term consequences (late-enrollment penalties, prescription drug coverage gaps, etc.) — consult the official 1-800-MEDICARE help line or a licensed agent before making a plan change.
Third-party agents
Licensed insurance agents who reach out to you are independent businesses with their own licensing, practices, and policies. Healthzora is not responsible for their conduct, the plans they present, or any enrollment decisions you make with them. Disclaimers & liability
The Healthzora site and service are provided "as is" without any warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Healthzora's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site is limited to one hundred US dollars (USD 100).
